This summer, help your child build healthy habits, stay active, and have fun at our Summer Workout Camp! Designed for students ages 8–12, this six-week program keeps kids off the game consoles and on the move with fun, age-appropriate workout routines that promote fitness, confidence, and energy.
Camp sessions are 45 minutes, held twice a week, with flexible morning or evening options to fit your summer schedule. It’s the perfect way to introduce your child to the joy of movement and kickstart their fitness journey in a safe, encouraging environment.

Kick off summer mornings with movement, energy, and fun! Our Morning Session is perfect for families who want to get their day started on a healthy note. Students ages 8–12 will engage in upbeat, youth-friendly workouts that boost fitness, focus, and confidence—all before lunchtime.
Held in a safe and welcoming environment, these 45-minute sessions are designed to keep kids active, away from screens, and building lifelong healthy habits.

Wrap up the day with purpose, movement, and fun! Our Evening Session is a great way for students ages 8–12 to burn off extra energy, stay active, and unwind in a positive, screen-free environment. These 45-minute workouts are designed to build strength, coordination, and confidence—just in time to wind down for the night.
Whether your family prefers cooler evening temps or needs a post-daycare activity, this session fits perfectly into your summer routine.
