At Get2|Practice we cultivate a Caring Culture where your Trust and Safety are our Number One Priority. The following are a few examples of how we promote caring and safety.
The goals of this community are to connect families to individuals or organizations that will assist in their student-athletes childcare, academic, and athletic developmental needs.
In order to meet the goals of this community, it’s important for members to feel like they are in a safe place that is populated by people who care and share the same passion for the development of student-athletes. As such, we request that you read and adhere to the guidelines that follow.
Treat others online as you would treat them in real life
Be tolerant towards other’s viewpoints; respectfully disagree when opinions do not align
Respect the privacy and personal information of other parents, care coaches, and organizations.
Communicate with courtesy and respect
Please do not:
Make personal attacks on other community members
Use defamatory remarks or make false statements against others
Post prejudiced comments or profanity
Bully or make inflammatory remarks to other community members
Use messaging/email responsibly. These tools are intended to keep members in touch with one another, help facilitate services, and to promote common interests
We will take action when we see someone violating these guidelines. Sometimes that just means giving someone a warning; other times it means revoking certain privileges or accounts entirely. We request that all members report behavior that violates our guidelines to email@example.com.
Strict Vetting of Care Coaches
All Care Coaches are thoroughly vetted, required to pass a background check, and complete G2P`s onboarding training. We pride ourselves in selecting Care Coaches that meet and/or exceed our high standards as to provide the best possible experience to the families we serve.
G2P`s goal is to relieve the stress for families of getting their children to practice and we expect our Care Coaches to ensure that any child in their care feels safe, supported, and encouraged while at their tutoring, training session or practice.
All Parents, Organizations and Care Coaches have access to our Safety resources and contact to ensure communication is available and open for all of our families.
